The Bequest – Suggested Text for a Will or Trust Provision
The following sample bequest language may be helpful for your advisor in drafting provisions:
“I give, devise, and bequeath to Public Radio for the Front Range (KRFC 88.9 FM) (Tax ID#: 84-1307999), a nonprofit corporation existing under the laws of the State of Colorado, and located at 619 S. College Ave #2 in Fort Collins, Colorado 80524, __________ (percent of your estate, dollars, property, securities, etc.) to be used for __________ (however your wish for your gift to be used) at KRFC.”
